The business is led by our founder, Steven Gray. Steven is a highly accomplished business leader, seasoned from over two decades in demanding multinational roles often in difficult societal and economic environments, delivering exemplary commercial governance, business transformation, operational and commercial success. In June 2022 Steve was awarded an O.B.E in the Queens Birthday Honours list for services for services to British business in West Africa.

The team have core expertise in sectors spanning infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, logistics, trading, finance and construction sectors in developing economies across Africa and the Middle East.

Wardour have successfully delivered services to a wide range of clients from Europe, Africa, Middle East and Africa including public and privates sectors focused primarily Africa but recent appointments have taken us to new markets in South America.
